Heat-stress midday work ban: 15 June – 15 September

This is a recurring annual requirement, not a one-time law change. Each year from 15 June to 15 September, outdoor work under direct sunlight and in open areas is prohibited between 12:30pm and 3:00pm. Employers should plan shift schedules and rest breaks ahead of the season and maintain records showing compliance.
