Look up employment law without guessing.
Haq HR is a plain-language reference to employment law across UAE Federal + DIFC, Kenya, Uganda, Oman, and Tanzania (Mainland). Every answer names the exact article, section, or regulation it comes from — nothing invented.
Who it’s for
HR managers, business owners, employees, and the people who advise them.
Instead of hunting through gazette PDFs or waiting on a lawyer for every routine question, you get a cited answer in seconds — notice periods, gratuity math, leave rules, termination procedure, filing routes — grounded in the statute, not an AI guess.
How to use Haq HR
Three steps.
- 1
Pick your jurisdiction.
Use the pills in the hero or the globe icon in the header. Everything below — Library, Ask, Calculators — is scoped to that country.
- 2
Pick your mode: Employer or Employee.
Toggle in the top-right badge. This changes the framing of Ask answers and the tile set shown on Home. Everything else is shared.
- 3
Ask, browse, or calculate.
Type a question in Ask (grounded answer + citations), browse the Library (statute sections, Q&A, case digests), or open a Calculator (notice, gratuity, leave, severance).
Employer mode vs Employee mode
Same law. Different lens.
Both modes are grounded in the same statutes and cite the same articles. The mode only changes how Ask frames the answer and which tiles appear on Home. Library, Calculators, and citations are identical across modes.
Ask framing
Employer mode
Advisory / compliance — how to comply, run a fair process, and reduce liability.
Employee mode
Worker rights — what you’re entitled to, how to file, what you can claim.
Home tiles surface
Employer mode
Contracts, wages, employer obligations, discipline & termination, redundancy, WPS/Emiratisation (UAE).
Employee mode
Notice, leave, gratuity/severance, unfair-dismissal remedies, how to file a complaint.
Pick this if…
Employer mode
You employ or manage people, or you advise employers.
Employee mode
You’re an employee (or advising one) asking about your own rights.
You can switch modes any time — nothing is remembered per account. The citations you see will be the same either way.
